This study shows that well-validated symptom surveys could be used by doctors to identify suggestive symptom patterns that could lead to the diagnosis of PTLDS.

Persistent inflammation linked to development of Post-treatment Lyme disease Syndrome

Symptoms may persist after antibiotic treatment of early Lyme disease. The objective of this study was to investigate associations between post-treatment Lyme disease syndrome and biomarkers of inflammation during early Lyme disease.
